food forms is a collaborative practice by Blanka Dominika Major, Severin Jann and Valentin Ribi, working on spatial transformation and the everyday life of buildings. It began in 2020 as a master’s thesis at ETH Zurich, investigating the food system of Zurich and its spatial and physical effects. The practice now continues through the transformation of the former Stadtküche Zürich together with DasProvisorium.
